01
Ordinary browsing and server records
Hosting systems may record technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The website code does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Fonts and main-site images are served from the main website. Search of the main guides is performed in your browser using a local index; the search text is not sent to an advertising service.
02
Contact messages
When enabled, the form asks for a name, email address, subject and message so a request can be handled. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The hosting mail system handles delivery to the site’s configured recipient.
The contact code uses an essential session for request verification and a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting. It does not create a public comment or publish your message. Message and mail retention depend on the configured host and mailbox.
03
Latest articles and the WordPress blog section
Article cards obtain public post information from the site’s blog, including titles, excerpts, links and featured images. The main server can request the feed on your behalf; a browser fallback may request the public blog endpoint directly.
Loading a blog image or opening an article can send technical request details to the blog host. The WordPress blog can have its own plugins, cookies and privacy settings, which should be described there.
04
Essential storage and preferences
The main code uses no optional advertising or analytics cookies. A preference choice can be stored locally in your browser, and the contact session uses an essential cookie when the form is accessed.
You can remove local website data through your browser settings. Clearing the contact session can require reloading the form before submitting it.
05
External sellers and services
Following an external link takes you to another service. A seller, reference publisher or affiliate programme handles information under its own policies. The site does not control those services.
Before sending information or buying a live plant, read the destination’s current terms and privacy information. Use the affiliate disclosure to understand possible commercial links.
06
Questions, corrections and configuration changes
Use the contact page for a privacy question when the message service is available. Include enough detail to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
This policy must be kept aligned with actual hosting, mailbox retention and any later analytics, advertising or embedded services. Adding a new service can change the data flows and require an updated policy and controls.
